Earlier this month, Katun filed its second amended answer to the patent-infringement lawsuit brought against it by Toshiba America Business Solutions and Toshiba Tec Corporation (collectively Toshiba) last year. This is not the first time Katun has amended its answer and counterclaims, but the changes Katun made to the second amended version are less significant
