On February 12, a district court judge issued a mixed ruling in the litigation between Static Control Components and Aster Graphics, granting in part Static’s motion to dismiss certain counterclaims Aster made against Static. Still, the judge let some of Aster’s counterclaims stand and denied Static’s request to strike some of Aster’s affirmative defenses. Background
