Last week, International Data Corporation (IDC) published its “Worldwide Quarterly Hardcopy Peripherals Tracker” for the first quarter of 2011. The research firm says that the hardcopy peripherals market grew 7.2 percent year-over-year worldwide in the first quarter, with more than 30 million units shipped. Emerging markets saw a stronger average growth rate of 13 percent.
