Town Sky, a former distributor of Ninestar products once based in San Francisco, CA, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection a year and a half ago (see “Ninestar Distributor Town Sky Goes Bankrupt”). Interestingly, the International Trade Commission (ITC), Epson America, Epson Portland, and Seiko Epson have since been appointed some of the firm’s creditors.
