HP and LD Products Are Working toward a Resolution in False-Advertising Suit

Earlier this year, HP filed a complaint against LD Products for selling new-built compatible cartridges as remanufactured (see “HP Sues LD Products over New-Build Remans”). Soon thereafter, LD Products counterclaimed, alleging that HP published false statements about remanufactured cartridges (see “LD Products Countersues HP for False Advertising Slamming Remans”). There was some initial arguing this
