We reported in August that Canon had reopened three of its district court complaints alleging infringement of its dongle gear patents, with the goal of resolving the status of the remaining defendants, which included Katun Corporation; Shenzhen ASTA Official Consumable Co., Ltd.; and Zinyaw LLC (see “Canon Reopening Certain Dongle Gear Complaints in District Court”).
