On July 6, Seiko Epson Corporation announced that its manufacturing subsidiary Epson Precision (Philippines) Inc. has completed the construction of its new state-of-the-art plant in the Philippines. Epson built the new factory to increase inkjet printer manufacturing volumes and expand 3LCD projector production. Epson first announced plans to build the new plant in December 2014
