In April, Ninestar asked the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) to issue an advisory opinion on whether Ninestar’s remanufactured cartridges are outside the scope of a pair of general exclusion orders (GEOs) awarded to Epson. In mid-November, Epson and Ninestar reached a settlement agreement in this matter and asked the ITC to terminate the proceeding.
