This February, Imaging Technologies Direct (ITD), a Los Angeles, CA-based company that markets the Rhinotek brand of aftermarket imaging consumables, announced that it has prevailed in a lawsuit for misappropriation of trade secrets against Yorktown Industries, which does business as Concord Supplies, and three former ITD employees, Luis Roselli, Christine Flowers, and William Matthews III.
