Nuance Communications has reached an agreement to sell its document imaging division to Kofax, the Lexmark software businesses that Lexmark’s new owner, Ninestar Corporation, sold last year to private-equity firm Thoma Bravo (see “Sale of Lexmark’s Software Business Completed”).
