It has been a few weeks since our last update on Canon’s toner cartridge investigation before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). We have been eagerly awaiting a decision from Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Dee Lord on certain disputed claim terms as how these claims are construed could have a big impact on the proceedings.
