Last week, in an article about Copy Communications, Inc., which does business as TonerNews.com, settling Aster Graphics’ defamation lawsuit against the company, we noted that one of TonerNews.com’s contributors, Steven Giannetta, whom Aster also sued for defamation, had fought back by filing an anti-SLAPP motion (see “TonerNews Caves and Settles Aster Suit, Giannetta Fights On”).
