Earlier this month, we reported that LD Products planned to amend its answer, affirmative defenses, and counterclaims in response to the patent-infringement lawsuit Canon filed against it in March (see “V4INK May Default in Canon Lawsuit, LD to Amend Answer and Counterclaims”). On July 25, the Long Beach, CA-based online cartridge reseller did exactly that.
