In October, U.S.-based online cartridge reseller LD Products and Chinese cartridge manufacturer Kingswell Technology were issued seizure-and-forfeiture orders for allegedly violating one of HP’s general exclusion orders. LD Products is now speaking out about the seizure orders. The company asserts that the cartridges in question were remanufactured and thus were wrongfully excluded by U.S. Customs
