Last month, we reported that a pair of lawsuits between Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. (KMBS) and former employees who worked out of KMBS’s Miami location were headed toward a resolution after the parties reached settlement agreements (see “Konica Minolta Settles with Former Employees in Trade Secrets Case”). This week, both lawsuits were officially dismissed.
