On June 5, John Parziale filed a second amended complaint against HP Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The lawsuit accuses the printer maker of violating various state and federal laws by updating the firmware in certain inkjet printer models so that the printers cannot use third-party inkjet cartridges.
