Magnacross LLC has filed suit against OKI Data Americas in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, claiming that OKI printers infringe a wireless data transmission patent. The same entity has filed suit against numerous businesses, including Brother and Lexmark, although the cases against the other two printer OEMs have been resolved.
