Earlier this year, Ninestar announced plans to acquire the remaining stake of both Zhuhai Zhongrun Jingjie Printing Technology Co. (Ink-Tank) and Zhuhai Xinwei Technology Co., Ltd. (Kingway). On October 13, Ninestar announced that its plan to purchase the remaining 49 percent of each company by issuing shares was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
