HP and HPE Reach Agreement with U.S. Department of Labor to Settle Alleged Pay Discrimination

HP Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) have entered into conciliation agreements with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) to resolve allegations of systemic pay discrimination against 391 female employees working at HP locations in several states. In an October 26 press release, the U.S. Department of Labor stated,
