Late last week, Epson America, Inc., sued A V Toy Store, Inc., for false advertising, alleging that the defendant sells Epson projectors as new when in fact the products have been refurbished. The lawsuit is reminiscent of one that Epson filed against Century21 Electronics years ago for doing much the same thing. Although the new
