Lexmark Asks Court to Dismiss Pair of Patents from K.Mizra’s Amended Complaint


In January, a patent-licensing company called K.Mizra LLC filed a patent-infringement lawsuit claiming that Lexmark had infringed a number of patents that formerly belonged to Sharp Corporation.
