Canon Announces Settlement in Europe and More U.S. Amazon Removals, Will Report Takedowns Quarterly

On July 15, Canon Inc. issued a pair of press releases regarding its ongoing efforts to remove infringing toner cartridges from the Amazon marketplace. One release indicates the OEM has resolved a patent dispute with One Connection Limited regarding infringing toner cartridges it sold on Amazon.co.uk (Amazon UK), Amazon.fr (Amazon France), and Amazon.es (Amazon Spain).
