Copier dealer New England Copy Specialists (NECS) is requesting a default judgment against MWA Intelligence, Inc. (MWAi) and an award of nearly $700,000 from the company. In 2021, NECS filed a lawsuit against Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. and MWAi claiming breach of contract over problems it had with FORZA enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
