Initial Determination Granting Canon’s Motion for Summary Determination in 337-TA-1260 Investigation Made Public

Canon has two important toner container Section 337 investigations heading toward a conclusion before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). They are number 337-TA-1259, “Certain Toner Supply Containers and Components Thereof (I),” and number 337-TA-1260, “Certain Toner Supply Containers and Components Thereof (II).” Canon has moved for a summary determination finding violation of Section 337
