On April 14, ML Products Inc., a company that sells third-party supplies on Amazon and that has sued bigger rivals Ninestar, Aster Graphics, BillionTree Technology, Mountain Peak, and V4Ink over what it claimed to be the defendants’ “false, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise unlawful tactics” on Amazon, filed oppositions to defendants’ motions to dismiss its complaint.
