On September 8, Epson America, Inc. announced that it has reached a settlement with Acrojoy, a Chinese company that sells projectors on Amazon.com and its own website, in its lawsuit claiming that the company misled customers about the brightness of Acrojoy projectors. Epson America filed suit against Acrojoy on May 17 in the U.S. District Court
