Flexiworld Fights Brother’s and Lexmark’s Motions to Dismiss

Brother and Lexmark are asking two different district courts to dismiss various pieces of eight patent-infringement lawsuits filed against them by Flexiworld Technologies. The plaintiff claims Brother’s and Lexmark’s printers and mobile printing apps infringe 15 patents that Flexiworld holds on wireless technologies. In recent days, Flexiworld has responded to the defendants’ motions to dismiss.
