We already knew that Canon Inc. filed a patent-infringement lawsuit against Print-Rite Imaging Technology Inc. and Union Technology International (MCO) Co. Ltd. in the United States (see “Canon Files Patent-Infringement Lawsuit against Print-Rite and UTec”). However, on February 7, the printer maker revealed that it has also filed a patent-infringement complaint against Print-Rite in Germany.
