Flexiworld’s Lawsuits against Brother Are Dismissed

On March 13, a series of four patent-infringement lawsuits that a patent-licensing company called Flexiworld Technologies filed against Brother last year were dismissed after the parties were able to reach a settlement. Flexiworld also filed four lawsuits against Lexmark last year claiming that Lexmark infringed the same wireless technology patents that it asserted against Brother.
