On March 31, HP Inc. filed a reply brief in support of its motion to dismiss an amended class-action lawsuit brought against it by Henry So and Daniel Dyke, who claim that HP’s firmware updates that prevent the use of third-party inkjet cartridges in HP inkjet printers violate a number of federal and state laws.
