On April 12, the Denner Group announced that it has acquired Environmental Business Products Ltd. (EBP). The cartridge recycling and remanufacturing business has been consolidating globally, including in Europe where both companies are based. The Denner Group and EBP have obvious synergies, and the Denner Group says the acquisition positions it to expand in Europe
