On May 16, Amazon and Canon amended their complaint against a group of sellers accused of selling counterfeit Canon camera chargers and batteries on the Amazon marketplace. While the original complaint identified as defendants 29 former Amazon seller accounts, the amended complaint names as defendants three individuals in China who operated 40 different Amazon accounts.
