Memjet’s complaint against Vanguard Graphics International (VGI) and its Printware subsidiary over a communication they sent customers claiming that Memjet was discontinuing its DuraFlex print heads has survived the defendants’ motion to dismiss. The defendants had moved to dismiss all six causes of action. The court denied the motion to dismiss two of the counts.
