On September 9, Armor Group announced that it has become “a significant minority shareholder” of ExoCell, a French startup company focused on industrial wastewater recycling and purification. ExoCell is developing modular, easy-to-install water-treatment equipment for intermediate-size industrial operations in sectors such as agribusiness, chemicals, and electronics, which use heavy amounts of water in their processes.
