Earlier this month, Vanguard Graphics International, LLC (VGI) and Printware, LLC filed a motion to dismiss Memjet’s amended complaint, which accuses the defendants of false advertising and libel over a communication they sent to customers claiming that Memjet was discontinuing the DuraFlex line of print heads.
