Amazon has teamed up with Epson on a lawsuit aimed at stopping the sale of counterfeit Epson-brand ink bottles on the Amazon marketplace. Together, Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon.com Services LLC, Seiko Epson Corporation, and Epson America, Inc. filed suit on May 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington against 23 individuals
