Established in 2009, Actionable Intelligence is a veteran-owned research firm covering the markets for home and office imaging hardware and the supplies these devices employ. These industries face new challenges such as lower secular demand for hardcopy. Our team understands that the printer and supplies business has changed, and we are dedicated to providing practical, accurate market analysis that clients can use to succeed.
Charles Brewer, President
Charles Brewer is the president and founder of Actionable Intelligence. With nearly 20 years covering technology, Mr. Brewer was an editor for Inc. magazine and ComputerWorld. More recently, he was the managing editor of The Hard Copy Supplies Journal, a monthly newsletter on digital imaging consumables published by Lyra Research.
Mr. Brewer is a popular industry speaker and presents regularly at various events in China, Europe, and North America. His articles have appeared in other industry publications including ENX Magazine, Imaging Spectrum Magazine, Office Products International, The Imaging Channel, The Recycler Trade Magazine, and Recharger Magazine. Mr. Brewer has also produced numerous white papers and reports about digital printer and MFP hardware and toner and inkjet supplies.

Christina Bonadio, Executive Editor
Christina Bonadio is Actionable Intelligence’s executive editor. Since joining Actionable Intelligence in 2011, she has been responsible for developing, researching, and writing content for the company’s website, www.Action-Intell.com, which has become a leading source of news and analysis on the markets for digital printers, MFPs, copiers, and the supplies they consume. Ms. Bonadio especially enjoys writing about legal issues, mergers and acquisitions, financial results, and new product introductions. She was named one of ENX Magazine’s Difference Makers of 2016.
Ms. Bonadio has more than 15 years of experience in the printer hardware and supplies analysis business. Before Joining Actionable Intelligence, she was senior editor of Lyra Research’s The Hard Copy Supplies Journal, where she served as the lead writer analyzing new printer and MFP hardware, toner and inkjet cartridges, and media. Ms. Bonadio also has experience in the technical and educational book publishing industry.

Dan Headrick, a journalist and writer for more than 30 years, has been covering the printing, supplies, and remanufacturing industry since 2010, including his former role as senior marketing manager for one of the industry’s leading remanufacturing components suppliers.
Mr. Headrick reports on industry trends, business news, and technology. His articles have appeared in Actionable Intelligence, Recharge Asia, Compass, Research-Technology Management, Popular Mechanics, Scientific American, Engineering News-Record, Design Engineering, and Design News.
