On April 15, Il Tribunale Amministrativo Regionale per il Lazio (the Regional Administrative Court of Lazio) denied HP Italy S.r.l. and HP Inc.’s appeal of a decision by the Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM) (the Italian Competition Authority) that HP had committed unfair practices in violation of the Consumer Code in Italy.
