HP Asks Court to Dismiss Inkjet Underprinting Class Action

In April, Christina Rose filed a class action against HP Inc. Her complaint alleges that HP misleads consumers by failing to disclose that its inkjet printers consume substantial amounts of color ink when printing black-and-white images and text, something known as underprinting. This week, HP responded to the complaint by filing a motion to dismiss.
