Vava has issued a statement in response to a lawsuit filed by Epson America accusing Vava of false advertising. Epson’s lawsuit, filed on April 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, accuses Vava of overstating the brightness of its projector TV (see “Epson Sues Vava for False Advertising of Projectors”).
