HP Inc. has appointed Kim K.W. Rucker to its board of directors, the company announced November 17. Ms. Rucker comes to HP from Andeavor, an oil and gas refining company purchased by Marathon Petroleum in 2018; there, she served as executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary.
