Toshiba Tec and Toshiba America Business Solutions have answered a patent-infringement lawsuit brought against them by patent-licensing firm K.Mizra LLC. K.Mizra filed its complaint against the Toshiba companies in August, claiming that Toshiba e-STUDIO multifunction printers (MFPs), Toshiba’s e-BRIDGE Fleet Management System, and certain Toshiba consumables infringe various U.S. patents originally assigned to Sharp Corporation
