V4 Ink, Inc., has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed against it by ML Products Inc. ML Products’ lawsuit claimed that several defendants (Ninestar Technology Co., Ltd.; Ninestar Corp.; Aster Graphics, Inc.; BillionTree Technology USA, Inc.; Mountain Peak, Inc.; V4INK Inc.; and Does 1 through 125) engaged in false, deceptive, and unfair tactics
