Judge Won’t Give Plaintiffs in Lawsuit against HP over Use of Color Ink Another Shot at Class Certification

In yet another win for HP Inc., U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria has determined that the plaintiffs in a would-be class action lawsuit that accused HP of violating the law because its inkjet printers supposedly “underprint,” or use color ink when printing images and text in black-and-white, cannot have a second chance at class certification.
