HP may be the world’s top printer vendor, but a new survey indicates that end users are not thrilled with the reliability of products bearing the printer giant’s nameplate. A PCWorld survey on printer reliability and service finds that respondents rate Canon and Brother printers highest, while HP products were rated as average to worse-than-average.
