
A tragic end to Kodak’s digital camera business. We bid the EasyShare camera, “Good night, sweet prince,/And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.”
On February 9, Eastman Kodak, which is undergoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization (see “Kodak Files for Bankruptcy” and “Update on Kodak Bankruptcy and Preview of Q4 Financials”), announced that it will phase out its digital capture devices business in the first half of 2012.
