On March 21, Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation (SEC), announced that it has acquired ZLan Partners, Inc., with the goal of expanding its direct regional sales coverage of managed network services in the Midwest. ZLan Partners (www.zlanpartners.com) is based outside of Chicago, in Downers Grove, IL.
