On April 27, Ricoh announced its financial results for the year that ended on March 31, 2018. We suspect it is a year that Ricoh is glad to put behind it. Just looking at the numbers, if we had to summarize the fiscal year just ended, we’d borrow the title from Judith Viorst’s children’s book
