The list of firms named as defendants in Canon’s lawsuits before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York will be narrowing by one. Back in January, Canon filed complaints alleging that 34 remanufacturers and resellers infringed of a pair of U.S. patents (5,903,803 and 6,128,454)
