Earlier this month, a federal district court denied Universal Imaging Industries’ (UII) motion to dismiss Lexmark’s patent-infringement claims against the chipmaker (see “Court Denies UII’s Motion to Dismiss Lexmark Patent-Infringement Lawsuit”).
